Our services include in-person and remote training tracks, team skill assessments, custom curriculum development, and a foundations bootcamp for career changers. Course details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or enroll in our courses. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. User Conduct

5. Course Enrollment and Payment

All prices are in United States dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future courses. Payment is due according to the schedule specified in your enrollment agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of access to training materials and lab environments.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrollment with at least 14 calendar days' notice before the first session of your track for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 calendar days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your seat to a future session at no extra charge. To request a cancellation, contact us by email or phone during business hours.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials — is the property of Rootlevel Training Group LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from this website without our prior written consent. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any lawsuit, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Charlotte, North Carolina. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, and the arbitrator's fees shall be shared equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
